For married couples who are still committed and still building
Watch this before you decide what your next step is.
Us, On Purpose is a six-week guided experience that helps you understand what each person has been trying to build, translate what keeps being misunderstood, and practice clearer ways to make decisions, share responsibility, navigate hard moments, and stay connected as you build together.
Understand what each of you has been trying to build... and learn how to build it together.
Both of you can be telling the truth about your experience at the same time.
Real effort gets misunderstood. Each person's automatic response makes the next misunderstanding a little more likely. That is not a character problem in either of you. It is a pattern neither of you can see from the inside.
Six live guided sessions with Kes and Jaz, 75 to 90 minutes each.
The effort, responsibility, and emotional weight that usually goes unnamed gets named.
What one of you meant and what the other actually experienced stop being the same argument.
You learn to spot the automatic response in the moment it begins, instead of after it has already happened.
Not every hard moment needs the same response. You learn to tell the difference.
You practice it during the session, with guidance, not just discuss it.
What you clarify and practice becomes language and agreements you keep using after the six weeks end.
The Program Questions Call is a short program conversation. It is not a sales pitch and it is not a coaching session. In fifteen minutes you get:
This is a short program conversation. It is not coaching, therapy, crisis support, or a place to decide which spouse is right.
Two facilitators, two lenses. Kes brings the big-picture lens. Jaz brings the integration lens. You get both in every session.
Live, not recorded. Six live guided sessions. You practice with guidance in the room.
Facilitated, not performed. Kes and Jaz facilitate rather than perform expertise from a podium.
Both spouses, or one. Both spouses may participate together. One spouse may also participate and work on their own next move.
A personalized Couples Clarity Map from a private onboarding process.
Your Us, On Purpose Playbook, built from what you clarify and practice during the six weeks.
One focused between-session practice each week.
Five optional live Practice Labs on a separate day, with no essential content withheld from the core sessions.
Both spouses' dignity and agency are protected throughout.
If you can tell something needs to change but you cannot yet name what, this call was made for you.

Kes brings the big-picture lens: pattern recognition, vision, self-leadership, and recognizing the moment an automatic response begins.
Relational Intelligence Certified Coach and Certified High Performance Coach
Jaz brings the integration lens: how broad intention is experienced in everyday details, how visible and invisible responsibility shape the marriage, and how insight becomes practical language, agreements, and tools.
Together, Kes and Jaz facilitate rather than perform expertise from a podium. They protect both spouses' dignity and agency while helping participants practice a more useful next move.
No. Us, On Purpose is coaching and education. It is not couples therapy, crisis support, affair recovery, trauma treatment, addiction treatment, domestic-violence intervention, or a substitute for qualified care. When safety or scope concerns appear, qualified support comes before enrollment.
One spouse may participate and work on their own awareness, language, requests, boundaries, invitations, and next move. A mutual couple outcome requires both spouses' participation. A solo participant cannot be promised a change in an absent spouse.
It is a fifteen minute program conversation with Keston. You get clarity on the live schedule, what solo participation can and cannot do, and whether this is the right next step. It is not coaching and it is not a place to decide which spouse is right.
Six weeks. Six live guided sessions with Kes and Jaz, 75 to 90 minutes each, with no replays. One focused practice between sessions each week. Five optional live Practice Labs on a separate day.
